UK SHIPPING
We ship to all postcodes in the United Kingdom including the Highlands & Islands, the Northern Isles and Jersey.
All UK orders must have a minimum spend of £300.00 which are automatically eligible for FREE standard shipping.
Click & Collect is also available for UK orders and is free. All orders are to be collected from our Headquarters during opening hours at the following address:

UK NEXT DAY SHIPPING:
We offer next day shipping on all orders to mainland UK (excludes Jersey & Channel Island, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man)
Order must be placed before 12.00pm Monday-Thursday. There is a charge of £15.00 for next day delivery.
Please notify us when placing the order if you require next day service. Note, next day service is not available over the weekend.
CHANNEL ISLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & JERSEY:
Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days. Next day delivery is not available.
EU/USA SHIPPING:
Free standard shipping on orders over £500. Please note buyer is responsible for all Tax and Duty incurred on parcels for the EU. Please check with relevant authorities for up to date information on any charges.
If you would like to arrange your own shipping after purchasing with us you are welcome to do so. Please notify us after purchase.
Standard delivery will normally take between 5-10 working days. Express service is available on request with a surcharge, for prices on express service contact us prior to placing your order.
REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping to countries outside US and EU will incur a shipping charge on orders over £500. Estimated time of delivery is between 10-15 days. In some instances there will be an option for Express delivery if requested, kindly get in touch for a quote.
Please note buyer is responsible for all Tax and Duty incurred on parcels for your country. Please check for information on taxes and duties from your local custom & revenue office.

If your parcel is not delivered after 15 working days as per scheduled delivery, we will proceed with a claim & you will either be refunded or a replacement will be sent to you.
